I’ve gone back to Age of Conan for the free 2-week ‘re-trial’ for ex-customers, and I decided to start a new character. It may be my imagination, but the first 20 levels seem to go by much more quickly now. AoC has night (solo) and day (traditional MMO style) missions to get you through the first 20 levels, and this time around I find that I can accomplish most of the journey via night missions, only having to switch to day-time to finish level 9 and 14 (so far). I haven’t hit 20 yet, though, so maybe things slow down in the last stretch. Has anyone else newly returned to Age of Conan noticed this? I’m also testing posting to the new blog via email. :)
